Hello! I generated a Vivado block IP design for a BRAM with AXI Lite interface which sucessfully generated all the IP output files. I have been able to get the VHDL files moved over and they are in their correct positions under the Top file. What is missing is the xci files which were in the Block Design and also in the output generated files.

The default.xci file is turned into C code that is compiled directly into the code. The advantage of this is that no data is required to have a basic system working. However you need to know that the data already exists, so reading any xci file assumes it is overwriting values in default. This is also good, but can be a gotcha.
The Main difference between NSP and XCI is, NSP's have a different encryption and nca settings. XCI's only use firmware specific masterkeys. NSP's use masterkeys + rightsId keys. To fully convert an NSP to XCI, you need to decrypt, modify and re-encrypt all nca files and there is currently no public tool to do this. Deleted User.

I later found out that this happens with all xci files that have the DLCs patched into them. Updates still work, but DLCs are never loaded. When I install the DLCs to the NAND Launchbox will load the the rom with the DLC. Joined …NSZ helps when downloading large files. yeah plenty of tools that convert across all formats, you can install nca's directly as well through tinfoil etc. you can bundle nca into nsp's but most people don't bother though unless the game has a ton of separate dlc's as nca's already (since updates are cumulative)
