How many questions do you need to get right to score a 400 on COMSAE? I mark at least 25 questions each block but still get slightly above 400. I have read somewhere that a pass or a 400 is normally 50-55% max correct. I took COMSAE 106 the week prior to my exam and it underpredicted me by 10 points. School mandated we had to get a 500 10-30 days prior to our exam to sit for comlex. Took 2 COMSAEs (108 and 109) 3 days apart and scored 71 points different between the 2 exams.

Some are heavier in certain topics than others, much like the real Level 2. That said, I found BSA106 pretty challenging and somewhat closer to the real thing. Would give you an idea of what to start working on.
