I checked the Automatic Transmission Fluid and it appeared fine, topped off and not discolored, i just had it at the Dealer for a new starter and they checked all the fluids.

No more flashing "D" coming back so far and it appears to be shifting fine. Also, the technician did say that the transmission fluid was fairly "dirty" but nothing abnormal.

I’ve been getting a flashing “D” indicator light, and when that’s flashing the FCW/LDW warning light lights up, and I receive FCW and LCW system failure warnings on the info display.Now the flashing D light indicates that we have a transmission related fault being recorded by the module. Now with all these lights coming on we likely have several codes being set.
