Apr 4, 2018 · Slightly higher chance of skeleton recruit spawn there. Also Mud Town, I think- the one with the bar that Silvershade and the Doc spawn in sometimes. Have also found skeles in UC bars, Clownsteady and Wrold's End. Yeah i found two skeleton recruits in Shark, i think they are rare as i have almost 30 people but only 3 skeletons.

There are two definite Skeletons you can recruit in Kenshi, those being Burn and Sadneil. Sadneil is in Black Desert City in the Inn and you just gotta talk to him and go through his dialogue tree to get him to come along.
