Try Slider->Conform all. Even after batch build in bodyslide the outfit file will still use the old body. That's because the body reference doesn't change, just the output for use in game. To get your body in outfit studio you need to change the reference. The best tutorial I've found is on Lover's Lab.

You can't set the sliders for something in-between. Inside the game you can choose what weight your character will be at. 50% will have the slider values right in the middle of what 0% and 100% would be. Under "preset", select your preset of choice. In the bottom left corner, select "batch build". Ensure that all pieces are selected to be built. Select "ok". Wait for Bodyslide to build the meshes. If your mod manager places your meshes into an "overwrite" folder, move your new meshes into a new folder/mod with a name like "Bodyslide Output".

The .tri files are in the subcategories of Data>Meshes. At least, some of them are. Not all. That's definitely not where they were going before, when I did have the sliders working in-game. Using groups is more efficient but if you miss building something you can end up with invisible stuff or mismatch issues etc. so it is probably better to build all at once for you. Consider this region of the "Merchant" outfit from the Skyrim SE mod "Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer" version 1.5.5: It looks okay with all of the sliders set to zero: But it starts to look a bit rough if we set the "AppleCheeks" and "Butt" sliders to 1: The problem is that the surface doesn't have enough vertices.
This even extends to clipping if the sliders are moved extreme enough. Example: Breasts. If you move the breast size slider the armor goes in and out as it should, but the base body breasts stay the same, and if you go too small on the slider, the body clips through the armor... Hope this helps add some info that might help get a solution...
