Chrysler pacifica dvd player not working.

Hi all, I own a 2017 Pacifica and for some reason the DVD console in the back stopped working. The power button is luminated red but it does nothing, screen doesnt turn on and non of the other buttons do anything (the light button for example). While it is connected your phone should also be charging. 2022 Pacifica Hybrid, Pinnacle, received car 03/2023, dealer replaced DVD, as per Chrysler Engineering Dept recommendations. Now it only plays Reg DVD & will not play Blue Ray. Engineering Dept now recommends they replace the radio & the radio is no longer available, I don't see how the radio has anything to do with the Blue Ray DVD player.

We own a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Recently the DVD player stopped playing all video. It does power on but does not pla, it just states it is loading. We have also tried with a hard drive through the USB connection and that also does not play any video. The Chrysler dealership here does not have any availability until May.
