Meaning you want to run something with inherent bleed infused occult. Frost is nice, but you lose AR on Eleonara's. Both builds work, but Eleonara's is best for pure ARC.You want to prioritise Arcane. Despite having higher Dex scaling, all Dex does is increase your physical damage. Arc increases physical damage, Fire damage AND bleed build up. It does not help your Eleonora's Poleblade though Arcane is 20. So the bleed build-up and overall damage of your Elenora's Poleblade is subpar period. As for your incantations, scale them down. There's no way you're using them all in a fight. Also, Death Lightning is pretty worthless in PvE. I thought about doing that earlier but when I tested it out I realized that when two handing your twinblade you already get two hits per R1 and when two handing you still get two hits per L1 and it just felt weird 😂. Eleonora has a more convenient Ash (Double L2 almost always forces a stagger state). Rivers has the superior moveset and hits harder (though doesn't stagger reliably). Personally I'm using a Blood infused Nagakiba with Bloodhound's Step and switching to Eleonora for the skill whenever something requires more work to kill than a couple katana ...Comparing a lot of weapons to bloodhounds fang has the same effect. Fang is simply a solid weapon the whole game through, with good poise damage, a unique and very good art of war, and does all physical so it's always at least somewhat effective.
