Fallout 4 beginning stuck.

I have managed to resolve a quest, which was stuck on one "unknown" stage following your steps but with some refinements: (1) Identifying the quest using "sqt" - had to rely on some intuition to pick the correct one by quest name texts e.g. <questname>;Game breaking bug.
