They are an improvement over the Ford factory speakers in front. Highs and midrange sounds better. I did figure out how to remove the rear door panels and I replaced them with the same speakers. Because of the placement of those speakers I don't notice any difference for the rears. There is a screw at the top by the seatbelt adjuster, which you have to pop the panel off and get the 7mm screw underneath. There are 2 7mm screws under the handle in the middle, and 2 7mm screws on the bottom of the door panel. At the door handle, you need to pop off the black cover and there are 2 10mm screws there.
