Hello, I recently started a Rogue/Ranger Horizon walker build. while everything may not translate perfectly I'll give my best advice. Paralyzing arrows is to unreliable to use and even if you try to build towards it with Enchantment DCs it … You could go a bit more interesting perhaps though to capitalize on the Close-range nature of the Horizon walker. Normal Longbow Ranger, Sharpshooter and Archery is fairly self-explanatory. Heavy Crossbow Ranger with Crossbow Expert and Sharpshooter can also work, though it's worth noting that requires an extra feat for little benefit.
