Not approved yet, but should be getting close. EB-3 ROW, PD 08FEB22, filed November 2022. Biometrics done May 30, 2023. Case at NBC. PD stopped being current as of August 1, 2023 and case status updated to Case Remains Pending two days later.That being said, this is not always the case.
