The owners, two brothers named Tano and Wayne, drank on the job and weren’t serious about making Park 77 a successful business. At the time of filming, Park 77 was a massive $188,000 in debt and in desperate need of help from Jon Taffer and his team. Casual Tap is located in Chicago, Illinois. Steve Magna bought the 60-year-old bar in 2008, which means he’s owned it for almost a decade at the time of the Casual Tap Bar Rescue visit.
