Most enemies I’d proc bleed on in a single jump light, or with the follow up attack. They seem very reliable, especially with the charm that makes you do more damage as you land hits. I found two handed twinblade better for bleed than dual wield twinblade. Only part superior for dual wield was the jumping attack.
