Starters fail intermittently sometimes. I've changed 3 for this type engine in the last 10 months (2004 Accord 4-cyl, 2008 TSX, and 2009 CRV). It's probably the stater. I hightly recommend Denso remanufacturred from RockAuto.com or local Napa autoparts store. Follow negative cable to chassis ground and clean contact points. Then check on engine ground strap. Clean also if you can.
