Honda shadow fuel mileage.
The mileage actually went up with this setup even though it is running a little rich - Stock was about 39-42 now it's more like 44-49 (tooling along at 45-55 is about the best-lower at highway speeds). I am a big guy with a big windshield, too. Lean isn't the key to better fuel mileage. Getting the bikes most efficient horsepower will help.

Even if you were running rich you wouldn't get 20 MPG. Put cardboard under your bike where ever you have it parked.
