All good things to try. I cleared cookies, tried disabling it, and moca re-enabled. I rebooted the router, tried to disable it, and it stayed disabled for about a minute, and then re-enabled. When I try to disable it, I can tell it is doing so, the TV stalls. For some reason it is automatically re-enabling moca on this Arris modem.
