The original plug has a 16mm head and a torque listed of 62 Ft-lbs. The GM replacement plug has a 13mm Head and a torque listed of 18 Ft-lbs. I got these from the Haynes Tech Book for Duramax Diesel 6.6 liter. See the attached page. The GM replacement plug has a GM Part Number 11569943 and has a 13mm Head.
