This post is an update to a previous thread where I asked about appealing EDD's decision to disqualify me from previously paid PUA.. TLDR: Two days after receiving my PUA Disqualification Notice in the mail, I spoke with a Tier 2 representative with EDD who personally reassessed my documents and determined my disqualification was made in error, and immediately reversed the decision.

I went under review October 7 and I'm just trying to get an estimate on where they are in line because I'm sick of waiting. I'm waiting on backpay all the way through March 2020. Plus we've had a huge uptick more than 2% increase in the last few weeks of claims as well, that's why we are getting the extra 7 weeks in Michigan. 1.
