I know it sounds idiotic, but I have only used the 2mg/3ml pen. (Have been taking .25 for over a year to great success , I never titrated up.) My doctor thought all the pens were the same cost, so I could get more Ozempic for my money with a larger pen. So I prepared the pen, and it clicked and I injected it. THEN I looked down and it said 1mg.
