It will hurt nothing to use that pump in your tractor as long as long as it's a 10 tooth to match the wd45 cam. It must be because it was already in there. Transmission has 17 quarts of SAE 80 EP. it is a square plug on the left side of the transmission just in front of the clutch pedal. There are 2 plugs on my WD and would assume on a 45 also. One is for the transmission,differential and one for the clutch. Both compartments use the same oil.

I've been hearing people on here talk about the additives for flat tappets.You'll need 5 1/2 gallons to refill everything except the final drive pans which take about 1 1/2 quarts each. You could use 80-90 wt in them if you like or Hy-Tran.
