Lodric is much better because his shield is based on max HP, and Metalshaper is on level. If you never get hit, it won't matter, but if you do, Lodric's shield might survive a hit or two. Same goes for FW. Lodric's shield will be much more useful. whoever you can book to 2 turn cooldown shield is better.
