Service experience: So far so good. I did not extensively test however speed tests show 850-940 Mbps on a gigabit line (cat6 connected directly to their Nokia modem). 1ms ping from their Tallahassee server but 15-20 for Atlanta or Virginia server (non-metronet). 0 packet loss on a 30min ping. Metronet is way faster than the top tier Comcast(and cheaper) and not only is the customer service good but you wont need it. In 2 years i've not had a single outage. Only reason I know Metronet customer service is good is from people talking about it. I've never had to contact them since the install 2 years ago.
