Cheap, good for pvp and pve, easy to use. You could argue Stone or serpent (serpent is more pvp tho) but they are too time consuming if you're looking to just beat the story and leave (or prestige). Half the time you spend in the game is getting the breath (if you're going for Stone or serpent) if you're just trying to beat the story or prestige.
