A faint colored line on a pregnancy test means you're pregnant. The line may be light because the urine was diluted or it's early in your pregnancy. If you wait more than 10 minutes to check your results, you may see a colorless or gray line in the window. I had a possible indent/vvfl on a FRER 48 hours ago. Today, i took an early response equate brand test: I followed directions exactly and my line showed up straight away, albeit faint. It also had a very very faint horizontal line, but once the test dried the horizontal line vanished but the vertical "you're pregnant" line stayed.

Same boat. Faint lines 3 days in a row. It can take some women 3 days to double. The frer also looks at a specific type of hcg that is usually produced early. We just may not be the women who produce that type. I'm going to try a different brand tomorrow and then a digital. So I wouldn’t have even thought a level of 8 would necessarily show up at all on a FRER! The first day that I got a blood result of 8 it was a super faint line barely visible, then the day it was 15 the line was more obvious then the day it had gone back to 8 the line was this one in the picture. FRER's are notorius for indents that look like faint positives. Sometimes the spots of pink is just part of a dye run.
