I HATE... any of those cheap plastic parts Kel-Tec uses, Plastic Guiderod, Magazine release is the worst of the worst. I just trim the casting flash off with a sharp pocket knife. If the checkering is too sharp, just sand it with 400 or 600 grit wet/dry sandpaper.
