Just happened to me today. Went to pass a slow car on the highway. All the esc parking brake and flashing engine light came on. Running rough, shaking, some clicking sounds randomly from what i though was the rear end. Couple really hard downshifts. Running like trash. Limped it home. 2020 silverado 5.3l. 65,000kms Warranty ran out at 60,000km..
2019 Chevy Traverse owner here. The 2019 model has no auto start/stop disable button like the previous models. Outside of shifting into low then bumping the max top gear to 9 (learned from a YouTube video), there really is no easy way to disable the auto start/stop function that I have found.Check for Manual Deactivation: Ensure that the ESC has not been accidentally turned off. I've experienced some intermittent issues when I am driving and the chime warning will sound and it will read Service ESC, flash to service traction, and flash between two warnings on screen, with the traction yellow light lit. I has happened 6 times within last 3 weeks.
