There are cash apps where people can send you money but to participate you have to give them your bank login and password. For me that's a no-go. But I guess that's the way things are done now. If you don't change those things, just change between dasher direct or weekly pay to a debit card, then there's no week-long wait. I don't think you can do an instant transfer from DasherDirect to a bank account. Any bank usually takes 3-5 business days to clear a deposit. The quickest way I've made it work is using the "send money to someone" and sending the money from DasherDirect to my CashApp, which usually only takes 1 day
