I have experienced the same issue. I don't understand how Xfinity can charge their customers for a service that doesn't integrate with Paramount+. At this rate, a refund should be in order by Xfinity for this. There's no issue with other subscriptions like STARZ or HBO. They really need to manage this or stop making it available through them.

@user_bf7249 Unfortunately, the Starz app (Showtime and AMC+ also) on the Flex box do not allow for logging in with your credentials from an existing subscription. Unlike some other apps like Disney+, HBOmax. I ran into this as well, and it was a dealbreaker for using the Flex box.
